The hotel's location is excellent, right across the road from the airport link and BTS station, making it super convenient. The rooms are spacious and very clean, but unfortunately, there's a persistent and unpleasant smell that affects the overall experience. The service is exceptional, with polite and friendly staff, especially the taller receptionist who goes above and beyond. The dining options are limited but convenient, and the hotel facilities are well-maintained.
